Cancellation And Refund

At Bustan School for Helping Poor and Needy Students, we strive to provide a seamless and supportive educational experience for all our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances requiring cancellations or refunds. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that the interests of both the school and our students are protected.

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to Course Start Date: Students may cancel their enrollment up to number days before the start of the course. A full refund will be issued,
• After Course Commencement: Cancellations made after the course has started will be subject to a prorated refund policy. The refund amount will depend on the number of classes attended up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation by the School

• If the school cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of the course fee. We will also provide assistance in enrolling in alternative courses if desired.

• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within number business days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, material costs, and other specified non-refundable charges will not be included in the refund amount.

Financial Hardship

We understand that some students may face financial difficulties. In such cases, we encourage students to reach out to our administrative office. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexible solutions to support continued education.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, family crises, or other exceptional circumstances, students may be eligible for a full or partial refund even after the standard cancellation period. Documentation may be required to support such requests.
