The main objective at Bustan School is to facilitate learning and act as a haven for kids who lack the resources to get quality education. Therefore, we have team of qualified, passionate and dedicated teachers who nurture the children holistically and academically. Here at Bustan School it’s not just the students that are up to date with contemporary state of affairs, but the teachers too go through periodic teacher training programs in order to stay relevant. The students give their feedbacks about the teachers such that the teachers can be more efficient in reaching out and dealing with problems professionally
Our children stay at Bustan School for 12 hours a day. They stay away from their guardians for a considerable amount of time, hence we make sure that we give them a caring and holistic atmosphere. As a result we don’t have the concept of wardens at Bustan School. Our teachers residing at Bustan School are called House Parents since they take care of the children as if they were their own. These are the people who have been with us since the beginning and are the pillars of Bustan School.
